TMAH
TMAH (tetramethylammonium hydroxide), an aqueous hydroxide, is commonly used as a developer in lithography or as a surface cleaner.
Agnos offers TMAH in various concentrations (25% and below), purity grades (ppb, ppm) and package sizes (4L, 20L, 200L, 1000L).

TAMAPURE
The TAMAPURE-AA series are reagents for ultrapure analysis that were developed in aiming for ZERO impurities.
