TMAH (tetramethylammonium hydroxide), an aqueous hydroxide, is commonly used as a developer in lithography or as a surface cleaner.
Agnos offers TMAH in various concentrations (25% and below), purity grades (ppb, ppm) and package sizes (4L, 20L, 200L, 1000L).
Being our staple chemical, we can customise TMAH concentration and packaging to your unique needs.
The TAMAPURE-AA series are reagents for ultrapure analysis that were developed in aiming for ZERO impurities. They are used in the wide-ranging science and technology fields of electronics, environmental science, biochemistry, medicine & etc. It is also commonly used in laboratory analysis equipment (e.g. ICP-MS, AAS) and standards preparation. It is known for its consistent purity — an important characteristic for any reagent.
